I'd never seen or heard of this page before the prize event. Promote it more so students can fully utilise it!11 votes
I had glandular fever these exams, but I still had to do them as I had to wait for it to be approved. I did terrible in these exams and felt terrible. Improving this system would help a lot4 votes
Our emails are @student.unimelb.edu.au so it's better for consistency
that the URL be student.unimelb.edu.au but you can also accept students.unimelb.edu.au2 votes
Just looking through the new site and checking out some of the content. It is really annoying that when you drill down from the home page to see a topic (e.g. writing skills), you are taken to the top of the page, and all you see is the giant banner. The banner is fine for the first page but how about dropping it for subsequent pages so you can actually see the content you were looking for?2 votes
Finding the subjects lists, handbook, enrolment, time tabling info etc. as first year for first semester (and still second semester) was hard. Stuff was all over the place (eg. Subjects even had different names in different pages). Trying to find where I had been was also headache. Just more prompts on the home page or intranet or whatever like 'Updated handbook', 'plan timetable here' or 'how enrolment works'. Thanks2 votes
I often find myself zooming out so everything is not as big and spread out down the webpage1 vote
Currently we cannot find the directly to access LMS and student email box quickly. Probably can add these link in the navigation bar on the top of the website.1 vote
If the student.unimelb page can be linked with student SAS page, it will be much easy to access, and much easy for students to keep track of what's going on.1 vote

If you are looking for your student ID, please visit this page and follow the instructions: http://ask.unimelb.edu.au/app/answers/detail/a_id/5869/~/student-number
Let us know if you are still experiencing problems with finding your ID or if you have another issue you need help with.
Because we will use LMS almost everyday and sometimes we don't check my unimelb and student unimelb. If there is a link in LMS, it may remind me of checking what is happening in students unimelb.1 vote
I have been trying to go to the page where I have accepted an offer so I can update my details and it is just so slow. This happened when I accepted the offer too - it took over 15 minutes to somehow get to this page. It's just stayed on the same page for so long it's ridiculous.
My internet connection is fine.
Just so frustrating. I really hope blackboard isn't like this or I'll be withdrawing.1 vote

There are too much words on the pages, which make it hard to attract people'attraction and inspire us to pay attention. It would be much more effective if attach more visual image to replace these, especially these links.1 vote
For this http://students.unimelb.edu.au/ page, I found I will not move the website to see the bottom information, maybe make a link between top part and bottom part, or something in top part that mention there is information in the bottom part or just create a new page, and add a link next to research students.1 vote
I think it would be more convenient to merge students.unimelb.edu.au with my.unimelb.edu.au, so that we don't have to visit two different websites. Up until this point I didn't even really know that students.unimelb.edu.au existed!1 vote
- Don't see your idea?
